New Years Eve

New Year's Eve draws closer by the day, and even though your party plans may still be in the works, there's one thing you know you'll need - a killer outfit that will leave you looking and feeling like a million bucks. What's better than kicking off the new year with an amazing New Year's Eve party look? (The answers 'nothing').

When planning your NYE party outfit, decide if you're in the mood for a dress or separates and go from there. Do you want something dramatic, or something more laid back? Some women like to stand out in a crowd with dresses in bright pinks, eye-popping gold and daring hems and necklines, while others will prefer their dress in black or other slightly demure shades that allow them to fade into the crowd. Bold prints are a great choice for a festive night, especially when they're more than just standard patterned fare. Sequins and glitter are of course another great way to go too. If neither of those ideas tickle your fancy then wearing a black or white outfit then glitzing it up with accessories works perfectly as well. Then the countdown to the new year begins!

One of fashion's most talented young women, Whitney Port, has teamed up with the amazing Cooper St to create a Spring/Summer collection. Whitney describes her range as "eclectic but also very wearable", claiming that "there's something in it for everyone." 

The Port/Cooper St collab is set to drop in stores this September and will bring an L.A. edge to Australian shores. You can grab yourself pieces from this amazing range from Myer and selected stores from September 2013.

The beautiful Whitney Port is in Sydney and recently previewed some of her collaboration with Australian label Cooper St! She posted the photos below on her blog, showing some sneak peeks of what we can expect. The collection is due to drop in September at Myer and select boutiques, and is described as 'encapsulating the essence of spring in Australia with an L.A. edge'. Sounds amazing!
